Social Media for AVIA Marketplace


The Problem: 

AVIA Marketplace, AVIA Health's digital marketplace platform, needed an outside agency to manage its social media accounts, create and schedule content, and facilitate community management. 

The Strategy: 

AVIA Marketplace’s main goal was to increase awareness of sponsored events and drive traffic to its website, especially recently published reports and original content. We worked with company stakeholders to better understand the brand’s goals and target audiences. Then, we developed a strategy for crafting content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community we were building.

The Tactics:

We developed several content buckets based on the organization’s larger goals. We frequently post about events and webinars, category reports, trending industry topics, and AVIA Marketplace in the news. We also develop educational content aligned with AVIA Marketplace’s initiatives during slower periods. All of these tactics work to establish AVIA Marketplace and its team as leaders in healthcare innovation.

We focus heavily on community management and staying connected with company partners. Since AVIA Marketplace hosts a large variety of vendors on its site, we prioritize weekly engagement with these vendors and healthcare professionals through social media. 

The Results:

  • AVIA Marketplace prioritizes its efforts on LinkedIn, as this platform offers the best opportunity to connect with healthcare industry leaders. In 2024, we grew AVIA Marketplace’s LinkedIn engagement rate by 46%. 

  • We saw a 94% increase in clicks in the fall of 2024 as a result of our increased coverage of industry events.

  • We are proud to have a long-term relationship with AVIA Marketplace. We have worked with them for two years and are looking forward to further collaboration this year.
